Yes, we love working with dogs! If your dog has shown signs of aggression, we ask that you keep them inside during the cleaning for everyone's safety. If aggression continues, we may ask you to keep your dog inside or we may no longer be able to continue servicing your property.
We always aim to arrive, no matter the weather, all year round. If travel is unsafe or your service falls on a holiday, we'll make up the missed day by doing double duty on our next visit.
At Fetch n Forget, the safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. We clean all equipment and shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard to prevent germs. We also take gate pictures after each cleaning to ensure your pets stay safe, and all employees undergo background checks.
During signup, you'll be asked how many dogs you have and how often you'd like your yard cleaned. This helps determine your cleanup quote. We’ll also ask about your dog and yard access to better customize our services for you.
If you have a large yard, the quote you receive may not reflect the final price. Prices are confirmed after our first visit. If you only want a specific area cleaned, this may also affect the price. Contact us for a more accurate estimate.
Fetch n Forget offers pooper scooper plans starting at $60 per month. Pricing depends on yard size, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most clients pay between $95 and $135 per month.
We don't provide specific arrival times for pooper scooper services. To keep costs low, we optimize our routes at midnight the day before your service. While we strive to accommodate your schedule, please note that times may vary.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day of the week. While not all days may be available in your area, we can typicaly offer a few options to suit your schedule.
Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety, as dog poop is classified as hazardous material. We will remove the waste from your property and dispose of it responsibly through Waste Management.
Canceling your service is easy through your online portal, where you can either start, pause services for a period of time, or cancel anytime. Since we charge monthly at the start of each month, any remaining cleanings will still be completed if you'd like, but no refunds will be issued for unused cleanings.
